Our installations are always done to code and include:

  • Full warranty, including labor, covering the original manufacturer’s warranty period
  • New shut offs, 1/4 turn brass ball valves for reliability
  • All soldered copper connections to the heater for at least 18″ if you have non copper piping
  • New expansion tank – prevents excess pressure from building ensuring full longevity of heater
  • Dielectric unions to prevent corrosion due to electrolysis between copper and steel piping
  • Drain tube for temperature and pressure relief valve
  • Properly connecting gas and vent lines or making sure proper power disconnect is installed
  • Drain pan and drain when required

We always offer the option to repair, but if your heater is leaking from the tank, replacement is the only solution. If you are running out of hot water, or it isn’t getting as hot as it used to, give us a call.
